Cryolipolysis is a non-invasive method of liposuction or permanent removal of fat without surgical intervention.
Many years of research, preceded with achievements in the development of scientific knowledge about apoptosis (dying) of cells resulted in the creation of cryolipolysis technology - freezing of fat. The aim of the cryolipolysis treatment is apoptosis (cell death) of fat and for it to be removed from the body by metabolic processes. Apoptosis can be compared to a planned cell suicide, it is a natural phenomenon in the development and life of organisms. Cryolipolysis initiates this process in fat cells, that die in the body from 1 to about 3 months after the treatment, and are then securely eliminated in the metabolism processes.
Cryolipolysis is completely safe, because we lead the temperature to which the tissue is up to -3 degrees C. This is a sufficient temperature to destroy fat cells without affecting other cells in the body at the same time. Fat cells, due to its construction are very sensitive to temperature changes.
Cryolipolysis is considered one of the most effective methods of dealing with different types of obesity. Unlike other invasive surgical methods, Cryolipolysis is the non-invasive, painless and performed without needles and surgical incisions.
Cryolipolysis is designed for patients who have difficulty getting rid of the folds of fat on the abdomen, hips or thighs, shoulders and lower back, even when the patient follows a diet and live an active lifestyle. The treatment is especially recommended for people whose fat cells are present locally, for example, so-called “muffin top” on the belly or "breeches."
Cryolipolysis is painless and highly effective. Immediately after the first treatment most subsurface fat cells die, resulting in reducing of body size, that undergone the therapy. To permanently get rid of the problem of excess body fat, it is usually sufficient to perform 3 treatments on one area, but often in case of the adipose tissue located locally, only 2 treatment may be sufficient.
The procedure excludes the problem of the formation of "holes" after locally getting rid of fat, because the temperature on the specific area is distributed in a ring around the cryolipolysis subject, that’s why fat cells die evenly.
It is recommended to undergo from 1 to 3 treatments of cryolipolysis, no more than once a month. In one month you can treat up to 3 areas, one area per week. The maximum duration of therapy is 6 months, after which you should do 2 months break.
