The Gift Coupon Regulations

The Regulations Concerning the Use of Gift Coupons
|
- The gift coupons give you the right to use the services of Ambasada Urody (The Embassy of Beauty) accordingly to current price lists and value of the coupon.
They can be used to pay for every service according to the offer available on our internet page http://www.ambasadaurody.eu/
- The coupons are valid for 3 months starting from the date of their purchase – during this period you will need to make use of your coupon.
After the expiration date the coupon looses its full or partially unused value.
- The coupon can be used during one or several visits depending on the purchased services.
- The recipient of the coupon is required to make a reservation for the treatments under these numbers: (22) 621 58 69 or 0 606 909 009
- Cancellation of a previously scheduled visit has to be done 24 hours before its date through the means of a phone call or personal visit.
In the case of lack of cancelation or cancelling with less than 24 hours before its original date,
the payment for the prearranged treatments is lost.
- The coupon should be presented in the reception before undergoing any treatments.
- The coupon cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
There is also no possibility of change in cash for coupons which have a higher value than the services used.
- According to hi/her wishes the recipient of the coupon can pay extra if the value of the treatments which he/she wants to undergo is higher than the value of the coupon.
- Coupon payments cannot be combined with promotions and discounts.
- Name coupons can be transferred to another person.
- Invitations to chosen services or packages can be exchanged to any other services from the offer of Ambasada Urody (The Embassy of Beauty)
- These regulations are an integral part of the Gift Coupons.
When placing order,
the buyer states that he/she read and fully accepted these regulations.

Regulations Concerning the Sale of Gift Coupons

- Gift Coupons are sold in the form of an elegant invitation in an envelope.
- Gift Coupons are a part of the regular offer and can be of various values.
- Gift Coupons amounting to a specific price have the form of a name invitation.
You can also buy non-name invitations for chosen services or packages.
- The Gift Coupons can be bought at Ambasada Urody (The Embassy of Beauty).
Purchasing the Gift Coupons at the salon is not linked to any additional payments.
- Gift Coupons can also be bough by placing an order through the means of an order form available on our internet page: http://www.ambasadaurody.eu/ or through e-mail: rezerwacja@ambasadaurody.eu.
- For Gift Coupons ordered through the internet or phone call we accept payments through transfer.
The confirmation of the order and the transfer details are sent by the seller to the e-mail address given by the buyer in the order form.
- If the buyer wishes it,
the Gift Coupons can be sent to the indicated address.
- The price of sending the invitation through the means of a courier is 20 pln.
