Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. A voucher is a document entitling its holder to use services and products offered by Ambasada Urody, in accordance with the value and scope indicated on the Voucher and the applicable price list.

2. The purchase and/or use of the Voucher implies acceptance of these Regulations.

1. Vouchers can be:

   • monetary - a specified monetary value to be used for services or products,

   • service-specific - covering specific treatments or treatment packages.

2. A voucher can be:

   • personalized - assigned to a specific person,

   • bearer - for use by the person presenting it.

3. Voucher validity period:

   • A Voucher for a single treatment or treatment package is valid for 3 full months from the end of the month of purchase.

   • A Voucher for a series of treatments is valid for 6 full months from the end of the month of purchase.

4. After the voucher expiration date, it becomes invalid, and any unused treatments are forfeited without the right to a refund or extension.

1. When exchanging a service voucher for a monetary voucher, the value of the monetary voucher is determined based on the actual amount paid by the Buyer, regardless of the promotional, standard, or catalog price of the service on the day of purchase.

2. The Voucher can be used for:

   • all services offered by Ambasada Urody, including treatments performed by a doctor,

   • purchase of cosmetics available at Ambasada Urody premises.

3. In the case of monetary vouchers, they can be redeemed during one or several visits until the balance is depleted.

4. If the selected service's value exceeds the voucher's value, the Client is required to pay the price difference.

5. Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs unless the terms of a particular promotion specify otherwise.

6. A service voucher can be exchanged - once - for a voucher covering another service or a monetary voucher, only with the consent of Ambasada Urody and according to the current value conversion rules.

1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting the chosen facility and informing them that payment will be made using a Voucher.

2. Appointments can also be made through an online form on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

1. If unable to attend a scheduled treatment, the Client must cancel it no later than 24 hours before the planned appointment.

2. Cancellations can be made:

   • by phone, by calling the chosen facility during its working hours,

   • by email to the facility's address,

   • through a form on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

3. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, Ambasada Urody considers the service as completed. The value of the planned treatment is deducted from the Voucher, regardless of whether the Client actually used it.

4. In case of lateness exceeding 15 minutes, Ambasada Urody reserves the right to:

   • shorten the treatment to fit the remaining time in the schedule,

   • conduct the treatment in a limited scope,

   • consider the treatment as fully completed and deduct its value from the Voucher balance.

5. Remaining unused funds on the Voucher can be used within its validity period.

1. The Voucher must be presented before the start of the treatment.

2. Vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

3. The unused value of the Voucher is not refunded.

4. In case of loss, damage, or theft of the Voucher, Ambasada Urody is not liable and does not issue duplicates.

1. These Regulations are an integral part of each Voucher.

2. The current version of the Regulations is available at the reception and on the Ambasada Urody website.

3. Voucher redemption is subject to appointment availability, specialists, and facility resources. Purchasing a Voucher does not guarantee availability of an appointment on the chosen day or time.

4. In case of discrepancies between marketing information (including descriptions on the website, promotional graphics, social media, and verbal communication from employees) and the content of these Regulations, the content of the Regulations is binding.

5. The rules for using the Voucher are subject to an interpretation consistent with the literal wording of these Regulations. It is not permissible to apply an interpretation that extends to situations or services not indicated in the Regulations.

6. Matters not covered by these Regulations are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

1. This regulation defines the rules for the purchase and delivery of Vouchers offered by Ambasada Urody Sp.z o.o.

2. The seller is:
   Ambasada Urody Sp. z o.o.,
   with its registered office at ul. Wilcza 9A, 00-538 Warsaw,
   registered in the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000175171,
   Tax Identification Number (NIP): 526-278-94-74, REGON: 015763025,

3. The Voucher is a document entitling to the realization of services or purchase of products within the scope indicated in its content.

4. The Voucher usage regulations, specifying the rules for providing services, are available as a separate document.

1. The Voucher is available in the following forms:
   a) electronic (eVoucher) - sent in PDF format to the email address provided by the Buyer,
   b) paper - prepared in an elegant package, intended for personal collection or delivery.

1. The Voucher may have the following nature:
   a) monetary - with a specified nominal value for use on services or products available in the offer of Ambasada Urody Clinic & Spa,
   b) service-specific - covering specific treatments, packages, or series of treatments indicated in the current offer.

2. The Voucher can be issued as:
   a) personalized - assigned to the person specified by the Buyer,
   b) to the bearer - possible to be redeemed by any person presenting the Voucher.

1. A Voucher can be purchased:
   a) in person - at Ambasada Urody's premises, without additional charges,
   b) remotely - through the order form available on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/voucher-spa/zamow

2. In the case of remote purchases, the Buyer is obliged to provide complete and accurate data necessary for order fulfillment.

1. Available payment methods:
   a) cash or card payment - for in-person purchases,
   b) bank transfer or electronic payments (e.g., BLIK, fast transfer, card) - for remote purchases, if provided by the Seller.

2. The condition for order fulfillment is the prior crediting of monetary funds to Ambasada Urody's bank account.

1. Voucher delivery is carried out as follows:
   a) eVoucher - sent electronically free of charge to the Buyer's email address immediately after payment is credited,
   b) paper Voucher - can be delivered:
   - by standard courier (cost: PLN 20; next business day delivery for orders placed by 2:00 PM),
   - by express courier (cost: PLN 40; same business day delivery for orders placed by 12:00 PM),
   - by registered mail or to a parcel locker - under individually agreed conditions,
   - via personal collection at the premises during its operating hours.

1. The dispatch of the Voucher is carried out only after receiving full payment.

2. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the address data provided in the order.

3. Ambasada Urody reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in case of:
   a) lack of payment crediting within the specified period,
   b) provision of incomplete or incorrect data hindering order fulfillment.

1. The Buyer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchase or delivery of the Voucher, especially in case of technical errors, improper operation of the eVoucher, incorrect data, or delivery issues.

2. Complaints should be submitted:
   a) electronically to the email address: powiadomienia@ambasadaurody.pl,
   b) in writing - to the correspondence address of Ambasada Urody indicated on the website.

3. The complaint should include data allowing the identification of the order and a description of the reported irregularities.

4. Ambasada Urody will review the complaint within 14 calendar days from its receipt.

5. A response to the complaint will be provided in a manner corresponding to the method of submission unless the Buyer indicates otherwise.

§9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE ONLINE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. In the case of distance (online) purchase of a Voucher, the Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day of purchase, without stating a reason and without incurring costs.

2. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the Buyer who entered into a distance Voucher sales contract. This right does not apply to the recipient or the person redeeming the Voucher.

3. The right of withdrawal lapses if the execution of the Voucher began before the expiry of the 14-day period, especially through complete or partial treatment or the use of part of the value of the monetary Voucher - even if the recipient uses the Voucher.

4. The commencement of Voucher execution as mentioned in point 3 constitutes consent to perform the service before the withdrawal period expires and results in the loss of the right of withdrawal by the Buyer.

5. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer should submit a clear statement of withdrawal electronically to the address: powiadomienia@ambasadaurody.pl or in writing to the registered office of Ambasada Urody.

6. After effective withdrawal from the agreement, Ambasada Urody will refund the Buyer the price paid for the Voucher no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement, provided that the Voucher has not been fully or partially utilized.
