We process the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, PESEL (personal identification number), address of residence, and medical data of Clients using treatments at Beauty Embassy Ltd. salons;

Personal data may be or is shared with our employees and individuals cooperating with Beauty Embassy Ltd. who perform treatments in our salons, register Client cards and consents for treatments, provide services in the field of law and administration;

We inform you that the Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of a contract and the provision of services to the Client. If personal data, specifically first name, last name, and contact phone number, are not provided, the contract cannot be concluded and performed;
