Beauty Embassy Ltd. respects the privacy rights of its Clients. Please familiarize yourself with our Privacy Policy, in accordance with art. 13 para. 1 and para. 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding a contract or performing a service, as well as enabling and maintaining contact with the Client with whom Beauty Embassy Ltd. intends to conclude or has concluded a contract and intends to perform or is performing a service;

3. The legal basis for processing personal data is the conclusion of a contract or the performance of a service and the legitimate interest of the Controller - enabling and maintaining contact with the Client (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) and f) of the GDPR);

4. We process the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, PESEL (personal identification number), address of residence, and medical data of Clients using treatments at Beauty Embassy Ltd. salons;

5. Personal data is processed until the expiration of claims;

6. Personal data may be or is shared with our employees and individuals cooperating with Beauty Embassy Ltd. who perform treatments in our salons, register Client cards and consents for treatments, provide services in the field of law and administration;

7. We inform you that the Client has the right to: request access to their personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and data portability;

8. We inform you that the Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

9. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of a contract and the provision of services to the Client. If personal data, specifically first name, last name, and contact phone number, are not provided, the contract cannot be concluded and performed;

10. Personal data is processed in a secure IT infrastructure of Beauty Embassy Ltd.;

11. Personal data is appropriately secured;
