Voucher Use Regulations

§1. General Provisions
  1. Voucher is a document entitling its holder to use services and products offered by Ambasada Urody, according to the value and scope indicated on the Voucher and the applicable price list.

  2. The purchase and/or use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

§2. Types and Validity of Vouchers
  1. Vouchers can be of the following types:

    • Value-based - a specified monetary value to be used for services or products,

    • Service-specific - covering specific treatments or treatment packages.

  2. A Voucher can be:

    • Named - assigned to a specific person,

    • Bearer - for redemption by the person presenting it.

  3. Validity period of the Voucher:

    • A Voucher for single treatment or treatment package is valid for 3 full months from the end of the month of purchase.

    • A Voucher for treatment series is valid for 6 full months from the end of the month of purchase.

  4. Upon expiration of the Voucher's validity period, it becomes invalid, and any unused treatments expire without the right to a refund or extension.

§3Redemption Scope of the Voucher
  1. When converting a service Voucher to a value-based Voucher, the value of the value-based Voucher is determined based on the amount actually paid by the Buyer, regardless of the promotional, standard, or catalog price of the service on the day of purchase.

  2. A Voucher can be used for:

    • all services offered by Ambasada Urody, including treatments performed by a doctor,

    • purchase of cosmetics available at the Ambasada Urody facilities.

  3. For value-based Vouchers, redemption is allowed over one or more visits until the balance is exhausted.

  4. If the selected service's value exceeds the Voucher value, the Client is required to pay the price difference.

  5. Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.

  6. A service Voucher can be converted - once - to a Voucher covering a different service or to a value-based Voucher, only with the consent of Ambasada Urody and according to the current rules of value conversion.

§4Appointment Booking
  1. Appointments must be made in advance by contacting the chosen facility and informing them that payment will be made with a Voucher.

§5Absence, Lateness, and Cancellation of Appointment
  1. If unable to attend a scheduled treatment, the Client must cancel it no later than 24 hours before the planned appointment.

  2. Cancellations can be made:

    • by phone, calling the chosen facility during its working hours,

    • by email to the facility's address,

    • via the form on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

  3. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours before the planned time, Ambasada Urody considers the service as rendered. The value of the scheduled treatment is deducted from the Voucher, regardless of whether the Client actually used it.

  4. In case of lateness exceeding 15 minutes, Ambasada Urody reserves the right to:

    • shorten the treatment to the remaining time in the schedule,

    • conduct the treatment to a limited extent,

    • consider the treatment as fully performed and deduct its value from the Voucher balance.

  5. Any remaining unused funds on the Voucher can be used within its validity period.

§6Terms of Use
  1. The Voucher must be presented before the start of the treatment.

  2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Any unused value of the Voucher is not refunded.

  4. In case of loss, damage, or theft of the Voucher, Ambasada Urody is not liable and does not issue duplicates.

§7Final Provisions
  1. These Regulations are an integral part of each Voucher.

  2. The current version of the Regulations is available at the reception and on the website.

  3. Matters not covered by these Regulations are subject to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

Purchase and Delivery Terms and Conditions for Vouchers

§1. General Provisions
  1. This regulation defines the rules for the purchase and delivery of Vouchers offered by Ambasada Urody Sp.z o.o.

  2. The seller is:
    Ambasada Urody Sp. z o.o.,
    located at Wilcza 9A Street, 00-538 Warsaw,
    registered in the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000175171,
    Tax Identification Number (NIP): 526-278-94-74, REGON: 015763025.

  3. The Voucher is a document entitling to receive services or purchase products as specified in its content.

  4. The Voucher usage regulations, defining the terms of service provision, are available as a separate document.

§2. Forms of Vouchers
  1. The Voucher is available in the following forms:
    a) electronic (eVoucher) – delivered in PDF format to the email address provided by the Buyer,
    b) paper – elegantly packaged for personal pick-up or delivery.

§3. Types and Character of Vouchers
  1. The Voucher may have the following character:
    a) value-based – with a specified nominal value to be used for services or products available at Ambasada Urody,
    b) service-based – covering specific treatments, packages, or series of treatments listed in the current offer.

  2. The Voucher can be issued as:
    a) personalized – assigned to a person designated by the Buyer,
    b) to the bearer – redeemable by any person presenting the Voucher.

§4. Purchase of Voucher
  1. The Voucher can be purchased:
    a) in person – at Ambasada Urody premises, without additional charges,
    b) remotely – through the order form available on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/voucher-spa/zamow

  2. For remote purchases, the Buyer is required to provide complete and accurate information necessary for order fulfillment.

§5. Payment Conditions
  1. Available payment methods:
    a) cash or card payment – for in-person purchases,
    b) bank transfer or electronic payments (e.g., BLIK, quick transfer, card) – for remote purchases, if offered by the Seller.

  2. Prior receipt of payment on Ambasada Urody's bank account is a condition for order fulfillment.

§6. Voucher Delivery
  1. Voucher delivery is carried out as follows:
    a) eVoucher – sent electronically free of charge to the Buyer's email address immediately after payment confirmation,
    b) paper Voucher – can be delivered through:
    – standard courier (cost: 20 PLN; next business day delivery for orders placed by 14:00),
    – express courier (cost: 40 PLN; same business day delivery for orders placed by 12:00),
    – registered mail or to a parcel locker – under individually agreed conditions,
    – for personal pick-up at the premises during its operating hours.

§7. Order Fulfillment Conditions
  1. Voucher shipment is carried out only after receiving full payment.

  2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the address information provided in the order.

  3. Ambasada Urody reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in case of:
    a) non-receipt of payment within the specified period,
    b) provision of incomplete or incorrect data preventing order execution.

§8. COMPLAINT SUBMISSION AND HANDLING PROCEDURE
  1. The Buyer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchase or delivery of the Voucher if they believe that the service was not provided in accordance with this regulation.

  2. Complaints should be submitted:
    a) electronically to the email address: salon@ambasadaurody.pl,
    b) in writing – to the correspondence address of Ambasada Urody indicated on the website.

  3. The complaint submission should include details enabling order identification, description of the complaint subject, and the complaint request.

  4. Ambasada Urody undertakes to handle the complaint within a period of up to 14 calendar days from its receipt.

  5. A response to the complaint will be provided in a manner corresponding to the complaint submission method, unless the Buyer specifies an alternative contact method.
