GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Gift Vouchers entitle you to use services at Ambasada Urody according to the current price list and the value of the Voucher. They can be used to pay for all services available on the website http://www.ambasadaurody.pl/
- Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase - during this time, the purchased treatments must be used. After the expiry date of the Voucher, any unused value, either in whole or in part, is lost.
- The Voucher can be used during one or several visits depending on the purchased services.
- To schedule a convenient appointment, please contact the reception at tel. (22) 621 58 69 or 0 606 909 009.
- When making a reservation, please inform the reception that the payment method for the scheduled treatment will be a Gift Voucher.
- If a reservation is not canceled by phone or in person 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the Gift Voucher will be considered as redeemed.
- The Voucher must be presented at the reception before using the treatment.
- Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. It is also not possible to receive change in cash from Vouchers that cover a higher amount than the value of the services used.
- The recipient can top up the Voucher if the value of the desired services exceeds the value of the Voucher.
- Payments with the Voucher cannot be combined with promotions or discounts.
- Named Vouchers can be transferred to another person.
- Invitations for selected services or service packages can be exchanged for any other services offered by Ambasada Urody, excluding treatments performed by a doctor.
- Value Vouchers entitle you to use any chosen treatments except for treatments performed by a doctor.
- In case of loss or damage of the Gift Voucher, Ambasada Urody is not responsible and does not compensate for any loss incurred.
- The integral part of the Gift Vouchers is this Regulation, which is available at the reception of Ambasada Urody upon request. By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read and fully accept its contents.
Rules of Gift Voucher Sales
- Gift Vouchers are issued in the form of an elegant invitation packaged in an envelope.
- Gift Vouchers are available for continuous sale and can be of any amount.
- Vouchers for a specific amount take the form of a personalized invitation. It is also possible to purchase anonymous invitations for selected services or service packages.
- Vouchers can be purchased at Ambasada Urody. Purchasing vouchers at the salon does not incur any additional charges.
- Vouchers can also be purchased by placing an order through the order form available on the website: http://www.ambasadaurody.pl/ or by email: rezerwacja|ambasadaurody.pl| |rezerwacja|ambasadaurody.pl.
- For vouchers ordered online or by phone, we accept payment by bank transfer. The Seller confirms the order acceptance and provides transfer details via email to the address provided by the Buyer in the order.
- For payment by bank transfer, a reservation for a treatment under the voucher can only be made after the money is credited to our account.
- Upon request by the Buyer, the Gift Voucher can be sent to the designated address.
- The fee for sending the Voucher by courier is 20 PLN - a voucher ordered before 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
- The same-day delivery fee for the Voucher is 40 PLN (applies to orders placed on business days - Monday to Friday - by 4:00 PM).
