THREAD LIFTING PROCEDURE
A procedure using lifting threads is a safe, minimally invasive procedure that typically lasts from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the area to be treated. This process is carried out by an experienced aesthetic medicine doctor and involves several key stages:
- Consultation and patient preparation. Before the procedure, a consultation is necessary, during which the doctor evaluates the patient's skin condition, discusses expected results, and rules out any contraindications. Based on the assessment, the appropriate type of threads is selected (e.g., First Lift PDO revitalizing threads, First Lift Barb 4D barbed threads, Apto lifting threads, Cavern Fill and Multi Fill filling threads), and a treatment plan is established.

By using thin PDO (polydioxanone) threads, it is possible to lift the skin around the eyes, reducing the visibility of wrinkles and "bags" under the eyes.

The cost of thread lifting procedure depends on several factors, such as the type of threads used, the treated area, and the number of threads needed to achieve optimal results. In our clinic, the price of the procedure starts at around 900 PLN for smaller facial areas, such as around the eyes, and for a full face lift, the cost can range from 3,000 PLN to 6,000 PLN. The price includes consultations with a specialist doctor who selects the appropriate threads for the patient's individual needs and performs the procedure.
The First Lift PDO thread system is composed of thin threads used to improve the structure, density, and elasticity of delicate skin. They do not have cones or hooks lifting the tissues, and the lifting effect is achieved through a special thread weave and the properties of stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis exhibited by polidioxanone - the substance they are made of.

First Lift Barb 4D is a new, unique PDO thread with a specially developed system of microscopic barbs. Previously, the barbs were only on one side of the thread, but now they are densely spread around the thread in two directions, in what is called four dimensions, hence the name of the thread. Additionally, the thread is much thicker than traditional PDO threads, maximizing the lifting effect.
