ANTI-AGING AND REJUVENATING
Unique anti-aging programs, offering comprehensive anti-aging care for the face, neck and décolleté. Anti-aging treatments are primarily aimed at prophylactic action, which consists in delaying the aging process of the skin and keeping it in a healthy, beautiful condition as long as possible. The right combination of anti-aging treatments with the use of effective cosmetics and modern devices matched to the type, condition and concern of the skin gives extraordinary results.
As with all organs, the aging process affects our skin. But unlike others, these changes become visible in the skin with age. They appear at the end of the second or early third decade of life. At first, fine lines begin to form between the nose and mouth, around the eyes, and on the forehead. As a result of the frequently repeated facial movements, the first expression lines are formed: laughter wrinkles, deep forehead lines and crow's feet. Over the years, the skin loses its firmness and elasticity as it produces less and less collagen and elastin, the main proteins that make up the skin. This causes the connective tissue to weaken, which in turn causes the skin to lose its tone, sagging and deep wrinkles to form. Due to gravity, wrinkles develop transversely, which can be observed in drooping cheeks or drooping eyelids.
One of the main causes of skin aging is the reduced production of hormones in the body. Hormones that stimulate physical fitness, immune system efficiency, and cell regeneration (such as testosterone, melatonin) are produced in large quantities only until the age of 20. Due to the decrease in their levels in the body, the functions of tissues, cells, and organs begin to deteriorate. As years go by, the skin has less and less ability to renew itself, and the time for cell regeneration doubles. Because the sebaceous and sweat glands no longer work as efficiently, the skin's natural acidic protective barrier changes. The skin becomes drier, thinner, and as a result, it cannot retain enough moisture and fat. Another factor influencing skin aging is free radicals - parts of molecules, such as oxygen, that can be found in the body. Under the influence of external factors such as ultraviolet radiation, nicotine, or unhealthy food, free radicals become more reactive. This means that they constantly seek other chemical substances to react with, attacking collagen fibers, cell membranes, and the lipid barrier of the skin. Free radicals alter the inherited properties stored in the cell nucleus, reducing the quality of newly formed skin cells. The skin defends itself against these aggressors through a system of enzymes called antioxidants, but from the age of 20, these natural defense mechanisms gradually weaken, making the skin unable to defend itself.
To maintain smoothness and good skin tension, it is best to start anti-aging care as early as possible, before the age of 30, especially if we often expose it to harmful external factors (excessive sun exposure, smoking). Thanks to proper anti-aging care, we can also significantly improve the condition and slow down the aging process of mature skin.
Anti-aging treatments provide proper hydration and nourishment to the skin, offering protective and stabilizing effects on the tissues. They also support the skin's natural regeneration and renewal processes, removing progressive signs of aging. It is crucial to customize such skincare to individual skin needs to ensure optimal results.
