Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The Voucher is a document entitling its holder to use the services and products offered by Ambasada Urody, in accordance with the value and scope specified on the Voucher and the applicable price list.

2. The purchase and/or use of the Voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Using the Voucher (including by the recipient) constitutes acceptance of the rules set out in these Terms & Conditions.

4. The full text of the Terms & Conditions for Voucher use is available at www.ambasadaurody.pl/voucher-spa/regulamin and at the reception of Ambasada Urody.

1. Vouchers can be:

   • value-based – a specific monetary value to be used for services or products,

   • service-based – covering specific treatments or treatment packages.

2. The Voucher can be:

   • personalized – assigned to a specific person,

   • to the bearer – to be redeemed by the person who presents it.

3. Voucher validity period:

   • A Voucher for a single treatment or a treatment package is valid for 3 full months starting from the end of the month of purchase.

   • A Voucher for a series of treatments is valid for 6 full months starting from the end of the month of purchase.

4. The validity period of the Voucher may be extended once, provided that such a request is made before its expiry date. The request can be made by phone, SMS, or e-mail to the reception of the selected Ambasada Urody clinic. The extension of the validity period is effective only after the Voucher holder receives confirmation from Ambasada Urody and may be granted for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the expiry of the original Voucher validity period.

5. Upon the expiry of the Voucher's validity period, including any extension in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Voucher expires, and any unused funds or services are forfeited without the right to a refund.

1. The Voucher can be used:

   • for all services offered by Ambasada Urody, including treatments performed by a doctor,

   • for the purchase of cosmetics available at Ambasada Urody locations.

2. In the case of value-based Vouchers, redemption is permitted during one or multiple visits until the balance is fully exhausted.

3. If the value of the selected service exceeds the value of the Voucher, the Client is obliged to pay the difference.

4. Vouchers cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs, unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise.

5. A service-based Voucher may be exchanged once, with the consent of Ambasada Urody, for a Voucher covering another service or for a value-based Voucher.

6. In the event of exchanging a service-based Voucher for a value-based Voucher, the value of the value-based Voucher is determined on the basis of the amount actually paid by the Buyer, regardless of the promotional, standard, or list price of the service applicable on the day of purchase.

1. Bookings should be made in advance by contacting the chosen location and informing them that the Voucher will be the form of payment.

2. Bookings can also be made via the online form at: www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

1. If you are unable to attend the scheduled treatment, the Client is obliged to cancel it no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Cancellations can be made:

   • by phone, by calling the selected location directly during its opening hours,

   • by e-mail to the location's address,

   • via the form on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

3. If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, Ambasada Urody has the right to charge the Voucher with the value of the booked service as compensation for the unused appointment time, which remained reserved exclusively for the Client and could not be used by another person.

4. In the event of lateness exceeding 15 minutes, Ambasada Urody reserves the right to:

   • shorten the treatment to the remaining time in the schedule,

   • perform the treatment in a limited scope,

   • charge the Voucher with the value of the scheduled service if, due to the lateness, performing the treatment is not possible.

5. Any remaining unused funds on the Voucher may be used within its validity period.

1. The Voucher must be presented before the start of the treatment.

2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Unused Voucher value is not refundable.

4. In the event of loss, destruction, or theft of the Voucher, Ambasada Urody is not responsible for the resulting inability to redeem it. The Voucher holder should immediately contact the reception of Ambasada Urody to verify the possibility of issuing a duplicate. A duplicate Voucher may only be issued if the Voucher can be经历unambiguously identified based on its number or other data enabling its verification in the Ambasada Urody system. If unambiguous identification of the Voucher is not possible, due to the risk of multiple redemption, a duplicate will not be issued.

1. These Terms & Conditions constitute an integral part of each Voucher.

2. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is available at the reception and on the website of Ambasada Urody.

3. Redemption of the Voucher is subject to the availability of appointments, specialists, and location resources. The purchase of a Voucher does not guarantee appointment availability on a selected day or hour.

4. In the event of discrepancies between marketing information (including descriptions on the website, promotional graphics, social media, and verbal communication of employees) and the content of these Terms & Conditions, the content of these Terms & Conditions shall be binding.

5. In matters not governed by these Terms & Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights shall apply.

1. This regulation defines the rules for purchasing and delivering Vouchers offered by Ambasada Urody Sp. z o.o.

2. The seller is:
   Ambasada Urody Sp. z o.o.,
   with its headquarters at ul. Wilcza 9A, 00-538 Warsaw,
   registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000175171,
   NIP: 526-278-94-74, REGON: 015763025,

3. A Voucher constitutes a document entitling the holder to avail of services or purchase products as specified within its content.

4. The terms and conditions for using Vouchers, specifying the rules for service delivery, are available as a separate document.

5. Placing an order signifies the acceptance of these Regulations and the Voucher Usage Regulations by the Buyer.

6. The full content of both Regulations is available on the website www.ambasadaurody.pl/voucher-spa/regulamin and at the reception of Ambasada Urody.

1. The Voucher is available in the following forms:
   a) electronic (eVoucher) – delivered in PDF format to the email address provided by the Buyer,
   b) paper – prepared in elegant packaging, available for personal pickup or delivery.

1. The Voucher may be of the following nature:
   a) monetary – with a specified nominal value to be used for services or products available in the offer of Ambasada Urody Clinic & Spa,
   b) service – covering specific treatments, packages, or series of treatments indicated in the current offer.

2. The Voucher can be issued as:
   a) personalized – assigned to the person indicated by the Buyer,
   b) bearer – redeemable by any person presenting the Voucher.

1. The Voucher can be purchased:
   a) in person – at the premises of Ambasada Urody, without incurring additional fees,
   b) remotely – via the order form available on the website: www.ambasadaurody.pl/voucher-spa/zamow

2. In the case of remote purchase, the Buyer is required to provide complete and accurate data necessary to process the order.

1. Available payment methods:
   a) cash or payment card – for in-person purchases,
   b) bank transfer or electronic payments (e.g., BLIK, fast transfer, card) – for remote purchases, provided that such a method has been made available by the Seller.

2. The condition for proceeding with the order is the prior booking of funds on the bank account of Ambasada Urody.

3. In the case of purchasing a Voucher as part of periodic promotions (including time-limited discounts, special actions, and limited offers), payment must be made during the promotion period. Failure to pay during this time results in the forfeiture of the right to use the promotional price.

4. An order for which payment has not been made within the time specified for the given offer does not constitute a binding agreement and is automatically canceled.

5. All transactions conducted via the Ambasada Urody website are settled in Polish currency (PLN).

1. The delivery of the Voucher is executed as follows:
   a) eVoucher – sent free of charge via electronic means to the Buyer's email address promptly after booking the payment,
   b) paper Voucher – can be delivered:
   – by standard courier (cost: 20 PLN; next business day delivery for orders placed by 14:00),
   – by express courier (cost: 40 PLN; same-day delivery for orders placed by 12:00),
   – by registered mail or to a parcel locker – under conditions individually agreed upon,
   – through personal pickup at the facility during its operating hours.

1. The shipment of the Voucher is made only after receiving full payment.

2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the address data provided in the order.

3. Ambasada Urody reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order in the event of:
   a) failure to book the payment within the specified period,
   b) providing incomplete or incorrect data preventing the execution of the order.

1. The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding the purchase or delivery of the Voucher, especially in the case of technical errors, incorrect eVoucher functioning, incorrect data, or delivery issues.

2. Complaints should be submitted:
   a) electronically to the email address: powiadomienia@ambasadaurody.pl,
   b) in writing – to the correspondence address of Ambasada Urody indicated on the website.

3. The complaint should contain data enabling the identification of the order and a description of the reported inaccuracies.

4. Ambasada Urody considers the complaint within 14 calendar days from its receipt.

5. The response to the complaint will be provided in a manner corresponding to the method of submission, unless the Buyer indicates another form.

6. If the complaint is acknowledged, resulting in the need for a refund, the refund is made within 14 calendar days from the date of informing the Buyer of the positive consideration of the complaint, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the Buyer explicitly agrees to another form of refund.

§9. Right of Withdrawal from Online Purchase Agreement

1. In the case of purchasing a Voucher remotely (online), the consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the purchase date, without providing a reason and without incurring costs.

2. The right of withdrawal applies only to the Buyer who concluded the sales agreement for the Voucher remotely. This right does not apply to the gifted person or the person redeeming the Voucher.

3. The right of withdrawal expires if the Voucher is commenced before the 14-day period expires, particularly in the form of performing the treatment wholly or partially or utilizing part of the monetary Voucher value — even when the Voucher is used by the gifted person.

4. The commencement of the Voucher, as mentioned in paragraph 3, is equivalent to consenting to perform the service before the withdrawal period expires and results in the loss of the right of withdrawal by the Buyer.

5. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer should submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal electronically to the address: powiadomienia@ambasadaurody.pl or in writing to the headquarters address of Ambasada Urody.

6. After successful withdrawal from the agreement, Ambasada Urody will refund the price paid for the Voucher no later than 14 days from the receipt of the statement, provided that the Voucher has not been used wholly or partially.

§10. Technical Requirements

To access the Ambasada Urody offer available via the website, the following is required:

• having a device with Internet access,
• using the latest version of a web browser supporting the SSL protocol,
• having an active email address,
• for online payments – access to electronic banking or a payment card enabling electronic payment.

Ambasada Urody is not responsible for technical problems resulting from non-compliance with the above conditions on the Buyer's side.
