§1. General provisions

1. The Black Friday Voucher is a document entitling to use services specified in the current Black Friday promotional offer at Ambasada Urody, in accordance with its content and these Regulations.

2. Buying or using the Black Friday Voucher signifies acceptance of these Regulations in full.

§2. Type and nature of Voucher

1. The Black Friday Voucher entitles to take advantage of the treatment or treatments indicated at the time of purchase.

2. The Voucher may be converted into a monetary Voucher of the value actually paid by the Buyer - upon the Customer's request and with the consent of Ambasada Urody.

3. The Black Friday Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or partial cash settlement.

§3. Validity period of Voucher

1. The Black Friday Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and is not subject to extension.

2. After the validity period expires, the Voucher becomes invalid, and any unused funds expire - without the right to refund or exchange.

§4. Scope of Voucher redemption

1. The Black Friday Voucher can be used during one or several visits - according to the value of the available balance.

2. The Voucher must be presented at the reception before the start of the treatment.

3. Options include:

   • payment of the price difference for a treatment if its value exceeds the Voucher amount,

   • opting for a cheaper treatment - with the remaining difference usable within the Voucher's validity period.

4. The unused portion of funds is not refundable in cash.

5. The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs unless specified otherwise for a particular treatment.

§5. Booking an appointment

1. An appointment can be scheduled by phone, email, or through the form available at www.ambasadaurody.pl/kontakt.

3. During booking, it should be indicated that the payment method will be the Black Friday Voucher.

§6. Absence and lateness

1. The Client is required to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Failure to cancel the appointment within this period results in considering the treatment as completed, with its value deducted from the Voucher.

3. In case of lateness exceeding 15 minutes, Ambasada Urody reserves the right to:

   • reduce the treatment time to fit the remaining schedule, or

   • carry out the treatment in a limited scope, or

   • consider the treatment as performed and deduct its value from the Voucher.

§7. Final provisions

1. Black Friday Vouchers:

   • are not refundable,

   • are not exchangeable for cash equivalents,

   • may be transferred to another person if not previously used.

2. In case of loss, theft, or damage of the Voucher, Ambasada Urody does not issue duplicates and is not responsible for its use by third parties.

3. Redemption of the Voucher is subject to appointment availability, specialists, and facility resources. Purchasing the Voucher does not guarantee availability of a slot on a specific date or time.

4. The rules of Voucher usage are subject to interpretation in accordance with the literal wording of these Regulations. Broadening the interpretation of promotion terms for services or situations not indicated in the Regulations is not allowed.

5. These Regulations are an integral part of the Black Friday Voucher and are available at Ambasada Urody facilities and on the website www.ambasadaurody.pl.
