Body fat on the abdomen, or as I like to call it - the lifesaver. Although I affectionately call this problematic body area, it is a real nuisance. Despite diet and exercise, it always seems to be the last to go. How to get rid of it faster? How to support your hard work on your figure? Well, now I know, as much as my life was harder without using the latest technologies.

I came to Marlena's office for a treatment with a dose of uncertainty and a kind of disbelief. After all, I had tried a whole bunch of different treatments and nothing was able to speed up this process. Marlena suggested the Vela Shape III treatment, which combines vacuum massage, infrared, and bipolar RF current.

The device's head generates the strongest RF current beam available on the market, with power up to 150 W. This combination of technologies allows us to act multidimensionally on fat tissue and skin in the treated area. The fat tissue undergoes the lipolysis process, effectively getting rid of it. This process is activated by the infrared and RF waves and further stimulated by the vacuum massage. Then, thanks to lymphatic drainage, the breakdown products of fats are removed much faster from the tissue. In the skin, collagen fibers are contracted while fibroblasts are stimulated. This firms the skin, allowing it to "keep up" with the reduction in fat volume. This is extremely important because skin regenerates much slower in relation to losing fat tissue, making it saggy and aesthetically unpleasing.

After the consultation and selecting the appropriate treatment for my issue, we started the procedure. The treatment is carried out using a vacuum massage head that emits the aforementioned waves, tailored to the area we are targeting. The treatment itself is very pleasant, and I especially recommend it to "heat lovers" because the warmth of the tissues being heated is quite noticeable. It's also a perfect solution for colder days as you can really warm up. I felt great during Vela Shape III. It's also an additional moment for yourself, which is extremely valuable.

I must emphasize here that Vela Shape III is not the easiest treatment to perform and requires skill. Without the right skills and sensitivity, the patient can be burned, so it's worth choosing someone you trust. By going to Ambasada Urody, I was confident that the specialists there are experienced and properly trained. This gave me peace of mind, knowing that I was in safe hands, and the treatment's effectiveness would be enhanced by the experience of the person performing it.

Like with most treatments, here the best results are achieved after a series of sessions. However, right after the first treatment, I felt its effect noticeably. The fat tissue became visibly looser, something that usually takes me weeks of training and dieting, happened immediately! The skin became pleasant to the touch and visibly firmer over the next few days. This is an effect one can expect (although I didn't even count on such a spectacular effect), but what happened in the days following the treatment was a huge surprise for me. I had huge... MUSCLE SORENESS! Despite being accustomed to exercise, the 30-minute treatment triggered a reaction in my body as if I had done a workout three times harder! Truly amazing! The soreness lasted for almost three days.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this treatment to anyone struggling with belly fat or having stubborn belly fat.
