Natural Face Lift and Rejuvenation
Hadado Massage, also known as Advanced Kobido 2.0, is a master level of Japanese massage art that combines traditional techniques of classic Kobido with modern methods of manual work on muscles, fascia, and adipose tissue. Each movement, its pace, depth, and strength are crucial, resulting in multi-layered skin stimulation. This approach allows for achieving effects that are difficult to attain with other methods, offering intense regeneration and natural face lifting. Hadado Massage provides even greater possibilities for shaping the face and improving its contours, thanks to a holistic approach and work on multiple skin layers.
This massage is an excellent alternative to invasive procedures in aesthetic medicine, offering a safe, natural, and effective method for improving facial appearance. By applying almost 100 manual techniques, Hadado restores firmness to the skin, smooths wrinkles, and reduces signs of aging. The therapy focuses on key areas of the face, taking into account the individual needs and condition of the skin.
HADADO MASSAGE - HOLISTIC WORK WITH THE ENTIRE FACE
Hadado (Kobido 2.0) does not focus on individual wrinkles or selected parts of the face. The therapy encompasses the face, neck, nape, and décolleté as a functional whole, working with the muscles, fascia, and tissues responsible for the appearance and condition of the skin. Thanks to individually selected techniques, it is possible to restore correct tension balance, improve tissue quality, and naturally model facial features.
During the treatment, special attention is paid to areas that most frequently undergo changes related to age, stress, and chronic tension:
- Eye area – reduction of swelling and puffiness, improvement of microcirculation and the condition of the delicate skin around the eyes, making the gaze look fresher and more rested.
- Forehead and the area between the eyebrows – relaxation of overly tense facial expression muscles, smoothing of facial features, and reduction of the visibility of expression lines.
- Cheeks and middle part of the face – improvement of muscle tone and tissue quality, natural lifting of the cheeks, and better support for the skin, which promotes the recovery of harmonious facial proportions.
- Mouth area and nasolabial folds – relaxation of muscles responsible for deepening folds, improvement of tissue elasticity, and visual softening of the features of the lower face.
- Jawline, double chin, and submandibular area – work on tissue tension, improvement of lymphatic drainage, and enhancement of the jawline and neck contour, which promotes better definition of the facial oval.
- Neck, nape, and décolleté – reduction of myofascial tension, improvement of skin firmness and tissue elasticity, as well as support for correct posture, which significantly affects the appearance of the face.
Comprehensive work with the entire myofascial system means that the effects of the therapy are not limited to a single area. The face regains its natural harmony, better proportions, and a fresher appearance, and the improvement in tissue quality is visible on the face as well as the neck and décolleté.
WHO IS HADADO MASSAGE RECOMMENDED FOR?
Hadado is an advanced manual therapy designed for women and men who want to naturally improve their facial appearance and tissue condition without surgical intervention. The treatment works well both as a preventative measure against aging processes and as part of a therapy supporting the reduction of existing changes related to age, stress, or chronic myofascial tension.
Hadado massage is worth considering if you care about:
→ loss of skin firmness and elasticity – when the skin becomes less resilient and the face gradually loses its youthful appearance,
→ deterioration of the facial oval – with sagging cheeks, a less defined jawline, and the first signs of tissue laxity,
→ expression and static wrinkles – on the forehead, around the eyes, as well as nasolabial folds or marionette lines,
→ facial edema and puffiness – especially around the eyes, cheeks, and chin, resulting from impaired lymphatic drainage,
→ excessive tension in the muscles of the face, neck, and nape – which can affect facial expressions, deepen wrinkles, and cause a feeling of stiffness and discomfort,
→ signs of fatigue and stress – when the face looks dull, tense, lacking radiance and a rested appearance,
→ a double chin and a less defined jawline contour – when the goal is to improve facial proportions through work with soft tissues,
→ deterioration of the skin condition on the neck and décolleté – in case of loss of firmness, elasticity, and the appearance of fine wrinkles,
→ aging prevention – for people who want to maintain good skin condition, proper muscle tone, and a clear facial oval for as long as possible,
→ supporting the effects of aesthetic and cosmetological treatments – as a complement to conscious anti-aging care and therapies improving skin quality.
Each treatment is preceded by a consultation during which the therapist assesses the condition of the tissues, muscle tension, and the client's individual needs. Thanks to this, Hadado therapy is adapted to the facial anatomy, the biological age of the skin, and the expected results, allowing for a natural and harmonious effect.
WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF HADADO MASSAGE?
Hadado (Kobido 2.0) is an advanced manual therapy aiming to improve skin quality and restore proper myofascial balance. The effects of the treatment result from working with the deep structures of the face, neck, and cleavage, stimulating microcirculation, and improving lymphatic drainage. The first results are often visible after just one session, while the most noticeable and lasting improvement appears after completing a series of treatments.
- Natural face-lifting effect – improved tissue tone, better defined facial contour, and an optical lifting of the cheeks, jawline, and corners of the mouth without altering natural facial features.
- Smoothing of wrinkles and improved skin elasticity – relaxation of overly tense facial muscles and stimulation of natural regenerative processes help reduce fine lines and improve skin flexibility.
- Improved skin quality and density – increased fibroblast activity and support for natural collagen and elastin synthesis contribute to a gradual improvement in skin firmness and structure.
- Reduction of swelling and improved lymphatic drainage – reducing lymphatic stasis helps diminish swelling of the face, eye area, and jawline, making the face look lighter and fresher.
- Relief of muscle and fascial tension – reducing chronic tension in the face, neck, and nape improves comfort, freedom of facial expression, and natural facial proportions.
- Better microcirculation and tissue oxygenation – stimulating blood circulation improves cellular nourishment, supports regenerative processes, and restores a healthy, radiant skin tone.
- More defined facial contour – improved tissue tone and reduced swelling contribute to a better definition of the facial oval and chin area.
- Improved appearance of the neck and cleavage – increased tissue elasticity, improved skin tone, and smoothing of fine lines in areas that often show the first signs of aging.
- Fresher and more rested appearance – reduction of signs of fatigue, dark circles, and swelling around the eyes makes the face look more relaxed, radiant, and full of energy.
- Better skin preparation for skincare – improved microcirculation and tissue hydration support the absorption of active ingredients used in daily care and cosmetological treatments.
The effects of the therapy develop gradually with subsequent treatments. Regularly performed Hadado massage helps maintain proper muscle and fascial tone, supports natural regenerative processes, and allows you to preserve a youthful, harmonious facial appearance for longer.

Expert opinion
Hadado is a technique for me that shows how much can be achieved through manual work, if one has enough time and precision. Classic Kobido provides beautiful stimulation and relaxation, but in Hadado I can go a level deeper - calmer, more precise, more therapeutically. These 90 minutes allow me to really work through tensions that over time change facial expressions and affect facial features: jaw, temples, forehead, neck. These are areas that require longer, thoughtful work.
In Hadado, I highly value that the effects are clear, yet natural. The face becomes soft, more open, the oval gently lifts, and the cheeks regain elasticity - and it looks as if signs of accumulated fatigue from the past weeks have disappeared. Patients often say that after the treatment they feel calm, physically tranquil, as if the tensions from the head and neck have finally eased. This is key for me: Hadado works on the muscles, but at the same time influences the regulation of tension in the entire face-neck-head area.
This is not a comparison of what is better - Kobido or Hadado. Kobido provides a quick refreshing and tissue stimulation effect. Hadado allows to go further, work on deeper structures, and achieve results that last longer. For me, it's Kobido in a more developed, mature, and much more advanced version.
If someone is looking for a treatment that not only improves facial oval and skin quality, but also effectively reduces accumulated muscle tension, Hadado is one of the most complete techniques I can recommend."
