Microneedle radiofrequency by DeAge device is a method used to increase skin tone, remove wrinkles, scars (especially acne scars) and stretch marks. It involves simultaneous puncturing of the skin with microneedles and heating with the help of electromagnetic radiation at the frequency of RF waves.

The procedure is performed using a head equipped with 49 microneedles capable of emitting electromagnetic radiation. The microneedles are inserted to the desired depth of the skin (from 0.5 to 3.5 mm). After the puncture, RF current with high energy density is automatically applied through the microneedle tips, and the multistage power regulation (100 levels) enables precise adjustment of the width of the thermal microdamage to the type of treatment. Radiation energy penetrates deep into the skin, heating tissues. Partial damage to the skin structure occurs, which stimulates the regeneration process and the formation of new, young tissue with a proper structure.
