Facemodeling - can you rejuvenate your face with massage?

The face is our calling card and we would like it to always remain youthful. Is there a possibility to rejuvenate it completely non-invasively, only using manual techniques? Read about face sculpting.

The passing years are clearly visible on the face. This happens because the skin loses its firmness, causing the face to sag and wrinkles to appear. Fortunately, a treatment utilizing advanced manual techniques has been developed to address the need for facial rejuvenation.

What is manual facemodeling?

Facemodeling treatments are an incredibly effective combination of up to six advanced manual techniques:

  • Myoplasty
This is a deep tissue massage technique. It allows for the release of blockages and adhesions in the fascial and muscular structures that typically form due to stress and daily facial expressions.
  • Osteoplasty
This involves working on tissues near the craniofacial sutures, improving the mobility of these tissues.
  • Interplasty
This technique aims to revitalize the deepest tissues of the face. It is used in rehabilitation therapy, as it allows for deep and bilateral access to tissues. Due to its intensive nature, this technique is also used in bruxism therapy or to support jaw rehabilitation when using orthodontic appliances.
  • Acupressure
This involves stimulating vital points to facilitate energy flow and harmonize tissues, providing a relaxing effect. It is essential during such an intensive treatment.
  • Capillarotherapy
This therapy involves the use of glass cups to effectively drain tissues stimulated by other techniques.
  • Aesthetic Kinesiotaping
This is the finishing touch of this treatment, allowing for the final smoothing and lifting of the face.

The entire treatment has a wide range of effects. On one hand, it releases tension and reduces the effects of stress, smoothing out wrinkles. On the other hand, by stimulating the appropriate muscles and fascial tissues, it shapes the face contour and restores firmness to the skin where it has been lost. This specific tissue stimulation also has a positive impact on the hormonal system and connective tissue density, ensuring that the modeling effect lasts longer.

Facemodeling Master with transbuccal massage + aesthetic Kinesiotaping

Natural face lifting. Deep structural therapy. Holistic regeneration.

Facemodeling Master is a comprehensive, non-invasive manual treatment that combines therapeutic and aesthetic techniques, providing spectacular results in improving the appearance and health of facial tissues. It is an alternative to aesthetic medicine - based on body work rather than fillers or invasive procedures.

It is a method that assumes that true beauty arises from structural balance, free flow, and relaxed tissues - not just from smooth skin.

What is Facemodeling?

Facemodeling is a multi-stage manual therapy for the face, combining various manual techniques that affect deep layers of muscles, fascia, the lymphatic and nervous systems, and the skin. By working on different levels of facial structure - from the outside and from the inside - comparable results to a facelift can be achieved, but without the use of needles. The treatment consists of several key stages:

  • Transbuccal massage - This is one of the most advanced facemodeling techniques. It involves the therapist working on the facial muscles from the inside of the oral cavity. This allows access to deep-lying structures - such as the masseter muscle, cheek muscle, muscles around the mouth - whose tensions affect changes in facial shape, mimic wrinkles, or discomfort in the temporomandibular joint.
The effect? Relief, improved symmetry, firmer skin, and natural lifting of features.
  • Fascial modeling and manual lifting - Working on fascia (the connective tissues surrounding muscles) not only restores elasticity and proper tension but also lifts and "unblocks" facial structures that have started to sag with age or due to tension. Manual lifting is based on working with the natural movement of tissues, without the use of force.
  • Stimulation of deep and mimic muscles - This is a gentle, precise work on tensions, contractions, and weakened areas. By stimulating microcirculation and nerves, muscles regain tone, elasticity, and function - which is visible and felt almost immediately.
  • Facial aesthetic kinesiotaping - At the end of the treatment, specialized lifting tapes are applied on the face and neck. Their task is to maintain the lifting effect and elevation of tissues, reduce swelling, support lymphatic drainage, have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, stimulate skin regeneration and improve microcirculation. Kinesiotaping is a non-invasive extension of the therapy's effects and provides a feeling of comfort and lightness for hours after the treatment.

Effects of the treatment - visible and felt after the first session

ESTHETIC EFFECTS - what you see in the mirror:

  • Lifted facial oval - improved jawline contour, reduced "jowls," and a slight lift effect without a scalpel.
  • Reduced mimic wrinkles - especially around the mouth, forehead, and between the eyebrows, thanks to relaxing tense muscles.
  • Diminished nasolabial folds and drooping corners of the mouth - the face looks younger and more cheerful.
  • Brightened complexion - improved blood circulation makes the skin more radiant, oxygenated, with a healthy, natural complexion.
  • Reduction of puffiness - especially under the eyes and in the lower part of the face (jawline, neck).
  • Improved skin tension and elasticity - the skin becomes firmer, smoother, and more elastic.
  • Subtle asymmetry is balanced - thanks to working on tensions and tissues on both sides of the face.
  • Natural rejuvenation of features - the effect of a "rested face after vacation."

FUNCTIONAL EFFECTS - what your body and face feel:

  • Relief in jaw tension - especially for those suffering from bruxism, teeth clenching, neck, and head tension.
  • Better mobility of the temporomandibular joint - easier speaking, biting, chewing, laughing without discomfort.
  • Reduction of tension in mimic muscles - facial muscles work freely, without forced tension and frozen expression.
  • Unblocking lymph flow and improving drainage - elimination of stagnation and toxins, reduced tendency to swell.
  • Deeper, fuller breath - relaxation of the neck and chest influences breathing rhythm and relaxation.
  • Better tissue hydration and oxygenation - thanks to improved blood and lymphatic microcirculation.
  • Stimulation of the nervous system - calming down excessive tension and stress from the face and neck.

SENSORY EFFECTS - what happens to your well-being:

  • Feeling of lightness and "release" in the face - as if tension, weight, and tightness were lifted.
  • Feeling of deep relaxation and relief - drowsiness and relaxation of the whole body often occur during the treatment.
  • Improved mood and clarity of mind - thanks to relaxing neuro-muscular tensions in the face and neck.
  • Increased awareness of your facial expressions - after the treatment, it is easier to "let go" of tension in the brows, mouth, jaw.
  • Feeling of self-care - fully, deeply, and naturally.

How often to perform Facemodeling?

  • 1 treatment - for an immediate refreshing and lifting effect,
  • Series of 4-6 treatments every 7-14 days - for rebuilding and consolidating the effects,
  • Maintenance treatments - every 4-6 weeks, depending on the needs and tissue rhythm.

Facemodeling Master is more than just a treatment - it is a deep, holistic facial therapy. It works not only with the skin but with the entire structure: muscles, fascia, emotions, and tensions that shape our appearance.

  • It is beauty in harmony with the body.
  • It is health in harmony with nature.
  • It is a therapy whose effects are truly felt - and seen.
