Which cosmetic procedures should be performed before the age of 30?

Is aesthetic medicine only for mature skin? Or can it effectively prevent aging and other issues? Read the article to find out.

There is a myth in society that aesthetic medicine treatments are only for people who already have visible signs of aging, discoloration, or other aesthetic problems. This is a completely false belief for several reasons.

Young people also have aesthetic problems

The fact is that aesthetic problems are not only the result of aging. There are a number of different problems such as discoloration, scars, enlarged pores, acne, redness, broken capillaries and many, many others, for which aesthetic medicine treatments know effective methods. What's more, the younger we react to a given problem, the better, because younger skin regenerates much better and faster and similar effects can be achieved with less invasive treatments.

Prevention is better than cure

Theoretically, everyone knows that prevention is better than cure, but still not everyone practices it. Aging is a physiological process. However, it can be delayed and the sooner we act, the better for us. The effect of eternally young celebrities is not a coincidence. It is the result of a very early start to intensive care and anti-aging action.

In order not to be unfounded, let us give a few examples:
  • Did you know that Botox is an excellent way to prevent facial wrinkles in a person as young as twenty-five? Especially if they have a habit of, for example, wrinkling their forehead. With such habits, wrinkles form exceptionally quickly.
  • Did you know that the rate of collagen production slows down at the age of 26? That is why it is worth stimulating its production from a young age and supporting the tension of already formed collagen fibers, which will significantly extend the period before our face oval begins to sag and the skin becomes firm. At Ambasada Urody, we recommend non-invasive radiofrequency treatments such as Reaction RF, Accent Prime or Pelleve.
  • You know that another component that is becoming less and less common with age is hyaluronic acid. The skin contains as much as 50% of the volume of all hyaluronic acid contained in the skin. It is a kind of water reservoir. Also, for the good condition and hydration of cells, it is worth replenishing the deficiency of hyaluronic acid at a young age, e.g. through needle mesotherapy or stimulating its production through treatments such as Dermapen 4, which are available at the Ambasada Urody in Warsaw.
Improving facial features

Volumetric treatments (e.g. cheek or lip filling) are also very popular treatments among young people. Sometimes even a small change helps us gain self-confidence and get rid of complexes. Not everyone is aware of the positive effect that hyaluronic acid filling has on our skin. Apart from the obvious effect, additional advantages of these treatments are: rejuvenation, moisturization and skin firming.
