Endermologie - everything you need to know
Endermologie is a method of cell stimulation through subdermal massage, the effectiveness of which has been confirmed by over a hundred studies. It involves the use of a patented head with an electrically driven roller, motorized flap, and synchronized suction, providing a new way of mobilizing tissue.
Through mechanical stimulation, this treatment stimulates both the skin and deep tissues, boosting the circulatory and lymphatic systems, as well as encouraging the skin to work more efficiently.
Skin stimulation encourages fibroblasts to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid more actively, which firms, tones, and rejuvenates the skin. Studies have shown up to 70% skin firmness improvement after a series of treatments.
Deeper effects of this treatment break down fat tissue and help release fat from fat cells, leading to a visible reduction in fat tissue. Studies have shown significant results, such as a reduction in cellulite of up to 67% and a reduction in waist circumference of up to 5.2 cm with the LPG Alliance device used at the Beauty Embassy in Warsaw.
Lymphatic system stimulation effectively reduces swelling and the sensation of heavy legs, while also aiding in the removal of toxins and metabolites from broken-down fat tissue. The stimulated circulatory system oxygenates tissues, allowing them to function better.
Endermologie treatments are completely non-invasive and painless. Occasionally, there may be a slight discomfort with very tense tissues, but the treatment intensity can be adjusted to be painless by the specialist.
Endermologie can be performed on the whole body. It is effective for slimming and toning the body, as well as for rejuvenating and firming the face.
Endermologie is typically done 1-3 times a week, and the number of treatments in a series is individual, but a series of 10 treatments is recommended.
