ONDA and Cryolipolysis - when is the best time to perform them?
Fat tissue is necessary for our bodies, but an excess of it is harmful (it can lead to many serious diseases) and does not look aesthetically pleasing. Once produced in childhood, it stays with us forever, and losing weight will make it decrease but not disappear. So, do individuals who have excessively increased their fat tissue face a sentence? Fortunately, no, and here medicine and technology come to the rescue.
There are technologies that effectively not only reduce but also eliminate fat cells, called adipocytes. At the Ambasada Urody in Warsaw, two such technologies are highly recommended: cryolipolysis and Onda.
Cryolipolysis involves locally applying a head that sucks in tissues and then cools them down, causing the fat cells, which are more susceptible to temperature, to cool down and then die. This method is safe for the surrounding adipocyte tissues due to the precisely selected duration of the procedure and cooling temperature.
Onda, on the other hand, uses patented CoolWaves that, just like temperature, have an affinity for fat cells and cause the cell membranes of adipocytes to rupture, leading to a reduction in their quantity. This method is safe and effective.
The choice of treatment is very individual, and it is best to seek advice from a specialist. However, it is good to know what sets them apart.
- For example, if you prefer cold over heat, this preference will also be important for you, and you will choose cryolipolysis. If you prefer heat, then Onda would be your choice.
- In the case where you want to undergo a treatment that requires a smaller series, cryolipolysis would also be more advantageous.
- If you want the procedure to be pleasant and require no recovery time, we recommend Onda.
- Onda is also ideal for body areas where there is no suitable head for cryolipolysis.
Although both cryolipolysis and Onda work well at any stage of the battle, if you have a choice and the possibility, you can benefit from this advice.
It is best to undergo Onda at the beginning of weight loss or in the fight against cellulite. Fuller fat cells have a more tense cell membrane, which can more easily rupture by inducing vibrations, and therefore the treatment can be more effective in this case.
Cryolipolysis, on the other hand, needs to cool down adipocytes and cause a crystallization process inside them. As you can imagine, the smaller the cell, the faster it will be cooled down entirely. Therefore, it is worth considering this treatment when the weight loss process is already underway, and the cells have shrunk slightly.
Interestingly, the effects of treatments that destroy fat cells are visible in the treated area even if you increase your mass. In this area, flattening is visible, and there is a lower increase in fat tissue because fat cells do not multiply as quickly as the already grown ones.
Which treatment will you choose?
