The foundation of the treatment is the precise delivery of energy into the dermis. The term “laser lifting” refers here to the gradual improvement in tension and firmness resulting from the remodeling of its supporting structures.

• Action on water contained in tissues – laser energy at a wavelength of 1540 nm is absorbed by water and converted into heat. This enables the creation of a controlled thermal stimulus in the skin.
• Fractional skin treatment – energy is delivered in the form of microbeams, creating fine columns of thermal coagulation. Between them remain areas not directly affected by the microbeams, which support regeneration.
• Triggering a repair response – the controlled thermal effect initiates the remodeling processes of the extracellular matrix, including the production of new collagen and the reorganization of existing fibers.

Regular sun protection and proper skincare support the maintenance of the achieved improvement. The schedule of subsequent visits should be based on the assessment of the skin and its needs.

Treatment safety begins with a thorough medical history. Some circumstances require postponing the procedure, while others — additional consultation or a modification of the plan.

The following should be reported in particular:

• pregnancy;
• active herpes or another infection in the treatment area;
• open wounds, severe irritation, or exacerbation of a skin disease;
• a fresh tan and sunburn;
• suspicious skin lesions or skin cancer in the planned area;
• impaired healing, a tendency to form keloids, and significant chronic diseases;
• medications taken, including isotretinoin, as well as topical preparations used;
• recent peels, laser treatments, surgeries, and injectable procedures in the same area.

The final qualification takes into account the device instructions and the Patient's individual situation. Medications should not be discontinued on your own — any changes must be agreed with a doctor.

Post-laser care should primarily support regeneration and protect the skin from additional irritation. Detailed recommendations are provided after the visit.

• Use SPF 50+ sun protection – reapply regularly when outdoors and avoid sunbathing.
• Cleanse the skin gently – choose mild products and lukewarm water.
• Maintain hydration and the protective barrier – use regenerative skincare products recommended by the specialist.
• Take a break from irritating cosmetics – determine the time to return to retinoids, acids, and peels based on your skin's reaction.
• Limit overheating – avoid saunas, hot baths, and intense physical exertion until the irritation subsides.
• Avoid rubbing and exfoliating the skin – introduce makeup and subsequent treatments according to recommendations.

Gentle, consistent care promotes smooth regeneration. Sun protection should be maintained as a permanent element of preserving treatment results.

REGENERATION AND SAFETY

After the procedure, the skin may be red, warmer, and slightly swollen. The severity and duration of these symptoms depend on the intensity of the treatment and individual reaction.

• Transient redness and swelling – often subside within 1–3 days, although regeneration may take longer.
• Dryness and increased sensitivity – require gentle care and support of the epidermal barrier.
