Hadado facial massage (Kobido 2.0)

Advanced facial massage with lifting, modeling, and deep tissue therapy effect Hadado, known as Kobido 2.0, is a modern, multi-layered form of Japanese facial massage that combines elements of classical Kobido with advanced work on deep tissue structures: muscles, fascia, and adipose tissue. It is a masterful level of manual facial therapy - based on nearly 100 techniques that allow achieving results comparable to aesthetic procedures, but without the use of needles, fillers, or scalpels. Hadado is not just lifting - it is also therapeutic, aesthetic, and functional. The massage is performed with precisely selected depth, direction, and tempo of movement, providing the opportunity to target specific areas of the face and neck.

How does Hadado massage (Kobido 2.0) work?

Hadado is a technique of advanced manual facial therapy, the effectiveness of which results from working on multiple anatomical levels simultaneously. The therapist performs targeted techniques in a precisely selected sequence and rhythm, influencing:

  • Epidermal layer and dermis - by improving microcirculation and oxygenation of the skin,
  • Subcutaneous tissue and fat pads - responsible for facial volume and contour filling,
  • Superficial fascia - whose elasticity affects skin tension and firmness,
  • Mimetic muscles and masticatory muscles - responsible for facial expressions, mimicry, and jaw functions,
  • Lymphatic system - supporting natural drainage, toxin elimination, and reduction of edema.

This integrated manual work not only models but also restores the functional balance of tissues - resulting in a visibly rejuvenated, radiant, and expressive face.

Areas of therapeutic work in Hadado massage:

  • Eye area - dark circles, puffiness, drooping eyelids,
  • Perioral area and cheeks - sagging corners, loss of volume, "nasolabial folds,"
  • Chin and neck - reducing double chin, working on tensions in the "widow's hump" area,
  • Nasolabial folds - shallowing and brightening of lines,
  • Décolleté and neck - firming and improving skin structure, evening out tensions.

Who is Hadado massage (Kobido 2.0) for?

Hadado is a treatment recommended for individuals who:

  • Notice advanced signs of facial aging (loss of firmness, sagging, deep wrinkles),
  • Experience lymphatic edema, under-eye puffiness, facial water retention,
  • Struggle with facial asymmetry or masticatory muscle overload,
  • Want to improve facial contour, skin tension, and tissue volume while avoiding invasive methods,
  • Suffer from mimetic stress - clenching jaw, tight lips, stiff forehead,
  • Seek a manual alternative to aesthetic medicine, but with comparable effectiveness and longer-lasting results,
  • Need a comprehensive lifting-therapeutic approach, including the neck and décolleté.

Effects of Hadado massage (Kobido 2.0)

A multi-layered, deep, and long-lasting massage. Aesthetic effects (visible):

  • Pronounced lifting of facial contours - lifting the lower part of the face and cheeks without the use of fillers,
  • Smoothing of mimic wrinkles - especially around the eyes, lips, forehead, and between the eyebrows,
  • Shallowing of nasolabial folds and marionette lines,
  • Reduction of double chin - through manual work on adipose tissue and jaw muscles,
  • Facial contouring - improving proportions and natural symmetry,
  • Improvement of skin tension and elasticity - skin becomes firmer, smoother, and more elastic,
  • Brightening and evening out skin tone - due to better vascularization and oxygenation of tissues.

Functional effects (perceptible):

  • Relief of tension in mimic and chewing muscles - especially in the jaw, forehead, and temples,
  • Reduction of bruxism symptoms - massage reduces tension in the jaw muscles and strain on the temporomandibular joints,
  • Improvement of lymph flow - leading to reduced swelling and stasis,
  • Better hydration and nourishment of tissues - improving cellular metabolism,
  • Support for the nervous system - reduced fatigue, better concentration, deeper breath,
  • Relaxation of neck and décolleté muscles - improving circulation in the head area and positively impacting facial appearance.

Therapeutic effects (long-term):

  • Reduced tension headaches and migraines,
  • Reduction of mimetic stress - calming facial expressions associated with stress and anxiety,
  • Improvement of body posture - by balancing tensions in the neck and shoulder girdle,
  • Calming the nervous system - improved sleep quality, emotional calming, deep relaxation,
  • Increased awareness of facial expressions and body contact - better control over facial tension and its impact on appearance.

After Hadado massage, the face looks younger but also more natural. Muscles are relaxed, skin is radiant, contours are sharper, and the client feels lightness and inner peace.

Frequency of Hadado treatments

For full effects, a series of 5-8 treatments performed at regular intervals is recommended. The suggested plan is:

  • 1 treatment weekly - for the first 5 weeks,
  • 1 treatment every 2 weeks - in the maintenance phase,
  • 1 treatment every 3-4 weeks - for long-term care and support of effects.

Hadado can also be done as a single special event treatment - before an important event, photo session, or meeting - to achieve an instant lifting and brightening effect on the face.

Possibility to enhance Hadado treatment with active skin care

To further deepen the aesthetic and regenerative effects of Hadado massage, the treatment can be expanded with individually selected cosmetological therapy that synergizes with manual tissue stimulation:

  • Vitamin C ampoule - strong antioxidant, brightening, and collagen-boosting action. Brightens the complexion, evens out skin tone, and supports skin repair processes.
  • Ampoule + hyaluronic mask - intensely moisturizing and smoothing combination, acting as a biological dressing post-manual treatment. Skin becomes elastic, firm, and soothed.
  • Anti-aging treatment - a comprehensive program based on active ingredients tailored to age, skin type, and current needs (lifting, hydration, regeneration, revitalization).

Due to the prior mobilization of the skin and deep structures, the absorbability of active ingredients is significantly higher, making their effects more effective and long-lasting. Hadado is an intelligent alternative to aesthetic procedures. It is an intensive manual therapy that works deeply, naturally, and effectively - for those who want to see results while feeling better in their bodies.

Facial kinesiotaping

Natural skin regeneration, reduction of swelling, and wrinkle smoothing

Facial aesthetic kinesiotaping is a non-invasive therapy method that works deeply, despite its subtle appearance. Through precise application of elastic tapes on the facial skin, we stimulate circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, and reduce muscle tension. The result? Reduced swelling, smoother skin, and a refreshed face - all after just one treatment.

What is facial aesthetic kinesiotaping?

Facial aesthetic kinesiotaping is an advanced fascial therapy method that involves applying special elastic tapes to the facial skin in specific directions and with appropriate tension. After the tapes are applied, the skin is gently lifted, creating space between the skin and subcutaneous tissue. This leads to:

  • reduced surface tension of the skin,
  • improved local blood and lymph circulation,
  • reduced pressure on blood vessels and lymphatic vessels,
  • enhanced lymph flow,
  • intensive nourishment and oxygenation of tissues.

As a result, we achieve visible improvement in skin condition - reduced swelling, wrinkle smoothing, and a refreshed facial appearance.

Effects after a single facial aesthetic kinesiotaping treatment:

  • Reduction of swelling and lymphatic stasis - especially around the eyes, cheeks, and jawline,
  • Smoothing of superficial wrinkles - by improving skin elasticity and hydration,
  • Improved skin tension and firmness - through natural stimulation of fibroblasts and tissue regeneration,
  • Brightening and nourishing the complexion - the skin appears more radiant, rested, and elastic,
  • Relief from facial tension - reducing muscle strains in the forehead, eyes, mouth, or jawline.

Who is the facial aesthetic kinesiotaping treatment for?

  • For individuals prone to facial swelling, under-eye bags, or puffiness,
  • For those noticing fine mimic wrinkles,
  • After stress, fatigue, or intense work periods - to quickly improve skin appearance,
  • As a refreshment before important events - weddings, photo sessions, business meetings,
  • For those seeking natural methods to enhance appearance without invasive procedures.

Best time for kinesiotaping?

Immediately after a massage. This is when the tapes work most effectively - maintaining tissue openness and supporting repair processes.

Why is facial aesthetic kinesiotaping recommended after a facial massage or facemodeling?

Facial aesthetic kinesiotaping is an excellent complement to manual facial therapies - especially transbuccal massage, fascial lifting, or Facemodeling Master treatments. After a massage, when the tissues are warmed, blood circulation is increased, and relaxed:

  • The tapes stabilize the effects of manual work,
  • Help maintain a lifted facial contour,
  • Support lymphatic drainage - reducing swelling and accelerating regeneration,
  • Reduce tension returning after therapy - e.g., in the jaw, temples, forehead,
  • Stimulate prolonged lifting effects, even for several hours after the treatment.

This is a natural "extension of therapeutic work" - subtle yet very effective.

How does facial aesthetic kinesiotaping work immediately after application?

  • The tapes can remain on the skin from a few hours to a maximum of 24 hours - depending on the therapist's recommendations,
  • After removal, the effects of nourishment, smoothing, and tension reduction are immediately felt and visible.

Frequency of facial aesthetic kinesiotaping treatments

Although the effects of kinesiotaping are noticeable after a single application, the greatest and most lasting results are achieved through a series of regular treatments. Recommended frequency:

  • 1-2 times a week - in a series of 4 to 6 treatments,
  • Best done immediately after a facial massage, facemodeling, or manual treatment,
  • Duration of one application (on the skin): from 3 to 12 hours, depending on the therapist's recommendations and skin response.

With regular use of kinesiotaping:

  • The lifting effect deepens,
  • Chronic swelling and lymphatic stasis decrease,
  • The skin regains elasticity and even tension,
  • The effect of a "relaxed face" with a rested, healthy appearance is sustained.

For the best results, use kinesiotaping systematically, as a continuation of manual work or as a gentle, daily regenerative ritual.

Hadado Facial Massage (Kobido 2.0) - series of 5 treatments

5 sessions of masterful manual lifting for the price of 4 – for a noticeably smoother, lighter and more lifted face

Hadado, often called Kobido 2.0, is an advanced lifting massage for the face, neck and décolletage that combines the precision of traditional Japanese techniques with modern, multi-layered work on facial muscles, fasciae and soft tissues. It is a manual therapy for people who want to improve the facial contour, reduce tension, decrease swelling and regain a fresher, more harmonious appearance without invasive intervention.

Hadado is not a “regular relaxing facial massage.” It is an intensive, targeted therapeutic treatment in which every detail matters: direction of movement, rhythm, depth, tempo and pressure. Because of this, the treatment works simultaneously on the skin surface and deeper tissue structures, supporting natural lifting, drainage and relaxation processes. Studies on facial massage suggest that regular manual stimulation can influence the positioning of soft tissues, reduce cheek “sagging” and produce changes in the SMAS layer. This treatment is for people who value natural rejuvenation, conscious anti-aging prevention and a beautiful “rested face” effect rather than an exaggerated look.

How does the Hadado massage work?

The power of Hadado comes from layered work. The treatment is not limited to stroking the skin but engages the structures responsible for tension, support and the appearance of the face.

  • Stimulates skin microcirculation → better blood supply means more efficient transport of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, resulting in a fresher complexion and more radiant skin. Studies on massage and manual techniques have observed increased blood flow and positive effects on skin and soft tissue parameters.
  • Supports tissue drainage → properly directed movements help reduce lymphatic stagnation and tendency to swell, especially around the eyes, cheeks, jawline and under the chin. Manual lymphatic drainage is a recognized method for reducing swelling in physiotherapy and anti-edema therapy.
  • Relaxes overly tense facial muscles → this is especially important for a “tight”, tense, tired face with a tendency to furrow the brow, clench the jaw or deepen expression lines.
  • Mobilizes fasciae and soft tissues → improved tissue glide can translate into better mobility, less feeling of facial heaviness and a more defined contour.
  • Acts lifting on the facial contour → pilot studies indicate that regular facial massage may be associated with a slight lifting of cheek tissues and improvement in parameters related to the SMAS layer.
  • Supports the skin’s natural regeneration → mechanical stimulation can enhance skin elasticity and quality, especially when performed regularly and as part of a well-planned series.
  • Reduces stress and systemic tension → the face quickly “records” psychological overloads, so the aesthetic effect often goes hand in hand with a clear sense of lightness and relaxation.

This multidirectional approach is what makes Hadado deliver a more advanced effect than a classic facial massage. The face not only looks better after the treatment — it starts to function differently.

Who is this treatment recommended for?

Hadado is for people who want to act naturally but effectively. It works both preventively and when signs of ageing and tissue overload are already clearly visible.

  • for people with loss of skin firmness and tension of the face
  • for people with a sagging facial contour, cheeks or corners of the mouth
  • for people prone to swelling, especially around the eyes and central face
  • for people with a double chin problem
  • for people with tension in the jaw, temples, cheeks and forehead
  • for people with nasolabial folds and a tired facial expression
  • for people noticing deterioration of neck and décolletage tone
  • for people who work a lot at a computer, live under stress and clench facial muscles
  • for people who want to delay aging processes in a non-invasive way
  • for people who want to support the effects of other aesthetic and anti-aging therapies

It is also a very good option for those who want to look fresher and “lighter” but do not seek an exaggerated effect. Hadado does not change facial features — it helps reveal a better, more rested version of them.

Areas the massage focuses on

Hadado allows targeted work on the parts of the face and neck that most often betray fatigue, stress and the ageing process. This makes the therapy feel very individual and precise.

  • eye area → for swelling, heaviness, tension and optical “drooping” of the eye area
  • cheeks → for loss of support, flattening of the midface and worsening contour
  • mouth area → for drooping corners of the mouth and tensions contributing to a sad expression
  • nasolabial fold → to support work on cheek heaviness and tissue tensions
  • jawline and chin → for tendency to accumulate swelling, loss of definition and double chin
  • neck → for laxity, tension and postural overloads
  • décolletage → as a complement to lifting therapy and improvement of tissue quality
  • nape area and the so-called widow’s hump → for tensions that disturb the alignment of the head, neck and lower face

This is very important because the face does not function separately from the neck, nape and body posture. Sometimes the problem of a “tired face” starts much lower than the client assumes.

Effects of the treatment

Hadado effects are usually visible already after the first session, but the true quality of this therapy is best seen in a series. Then the tissues have a chance to gradually regain better tone, mobility and drainage.

  • The face looks more rested – features become gentler and the facial expression less tense and less “tired by everyday life”.
  • The facial contour improves – the jawline may appear cleaner and the lower face more orderly and lighter.
  • Swelling is reduced – especially around the eyes, cheeks and under the chin, giving a fresher appearance and less facial “heaviness”.
  • The skin gains better tone – it becomes more resilient, smoother and visually firmer.
  • Cheeks may appear subtly lifted – the face looks younger, more harmonious and less affected by gravity.
  • Facial expression becomes softer – relaxation of overactive muscles reduces the impression of clenching, hurry and stress written on the face.
  • The eye area looks lighter – the gaze becomes more open and the eyelid less “weighed down” by swelling and tension.
  • Folds and creases may appear optically softened – especially when their deepening is also due to myofascial tensions and swelling.
  • The neck and décolletage look more elegant – improved quality and tone of tissues in these areas enhance the overall rejuvenation effect.

Treatment frequency

The best results with Hadado are achieved in a well-planned series, because tissues respond much better to regular stimulation than to a single, even very good, treatment.

  • intensive series → 5 treatments, performed 1–2 times a week
  • maintenance therapy → 1 treatment every 2–4 weeks, depending on age, tissue condition and lifestyle
  • before an important event → 1 treatment 1–3 days prior for a refreshing, smoothing and “opening” effect on the face
  • as part of anti-aging prevention → regularly throughout the year, especially for tense, edematous faces or those prone to loss of contour

Why choose Hadado at Ambasadzie Urody Clinic & Spa?

In lifting massage it is not enough to know the pattern of movements. What matters is the therapist’s experience, understanding of facial anatomy, ability to work with tensions and the skill to adjust the intensity and direction of therapy to the real needs of the tissues.

  • we work not only on the skin but on the muscles, fasciae and quality of tensions of the face, neck and décolletage
  • we tailor the therapy course to the dominant problem → swelling, tissue sagging, tensions, loss of contour, postural overloads
  • we combine aesthetics with a therapeutic approach → so the result is not only attractive but also anatomically logical
  • we focus on natural rejuvenation → without exaggeration, without artificiality, without the “done” face effect
  • we care about comfort, safety and conscious management of the treatment series
  • we look at the face holistically → taking into account the neck, nape, posture and daily tensions that have a huge impact on appearance

At Ambasadzie Urody we treat Hadado as an advanced manual anti-aging therapy. As a result, the client receives not only a pleasant treatment but a real, professionally planned work on the quality of the face.

Expert opinion

Katarzyna Jagiełło

Hadado is a technique for me that shows how much can be achieved through manual work, if one has enough time and precision. Classic Kobido provides beautiful stimulation and relaxation, but in Hadado I can go a level deeper - calmer, more precise, more therapeutically. These 90 minutes allow me to really work through tensions that over time change facial expressions and affect facial features: jaw, temples, forehead, neck. These are areas that require longer, thoughtful work.

In Hadado, I highly value that the effects are clear, yet natural. The face becomes soft, more open, the oval gently lifts, and the cheeks regain elasticity - and it looks as if signs of accumulated fatigue from the past weeks have disappeared. Patients often say that after the treatment they feel calm, physically tranquil, as if the tensions from the head and neck have finally eased. This is key for me: Hadado works on the muscles, but at the same time influences the regulation of tension in the entire face-neck-head area.

This is not a comparison of what is better - Kobido or Hadado. Kobido provides a quick refreshing and tissue stimulation effect. Hadado allows to go further, work on deeper structures, and achieve results that last longer. For me, it's Kobido in a more developed, mature, and much more advanced version.

If someone is looking for a treatment that not only improves facial oval and skin quality, but also effectively reduces accumulated muscle tension, Hadado is one of the most complete techniques I can recommend."
