Personalized menu

A personalized menu is an excellent tool for quickly changing eating habits by sticking to the prescribed schedule. Based on your age, sex, height, weight, level of physical activity and general health, I will prepare a menu that fully covers your needs for all nutrients. We will discuss in detail your dietary preferences, the possibility of preparing meals, eating out, culinary skills, so that the diet is ideally suited to your needs.

You will receive 7 different sets consisting of breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and supper, as well as a list of exchangers, so that you can compose meals yourself in the future and thus consolidate proper eating habits. This is not a 7-day menu, you can use it until you achieve your goal and take it as a model of your diet.

The menu will be composed in such a way as to exclude any interactions between taken medications and food.
